We are a husband and wife team who live in South Central Austin, and we work all of the city of Austin: from Northwest Hills to Oak Hill, from to Delwood to Westlake. We pride ourselves in keeping up to date on the market and offering only the highest quality service to our clients.
We have simple business philosophies. Make the home search process easy, yet comprehensive. Market our clients' homes as if they were our own. Put ourselves in our clients shoes, and most importantly, keep our clients' interests first in everything we do. In choosing areas, we follow the cardnail rule of marketing: we don't try to be everything to everyone. We know our neighborhoods, and we're happy to refer you in areas we don't know.
In the five years since our inception, we have closed almost $30 million in business in Austin, TX. Our knowledge and expertise speaks through our client testimonials. As agents, we originally worked with Keller Williams to take advantage of their top-notch training for new realtors, and in 2008 were thrilled to be asked to part of the elite team that is Realty Austin.
