These homes average 1,881 square feet, $243.98 a square foot, or $426,288. Active homes have been on the market an average of 126 days. In the last 30 days, eight homes have sold in Allandale for an average of $314,287. These homes sold for an average of $210.32 a square foot after 90 days on the market. They sold for an average of 92.9 percent of their asking price.
This represents an upward trend in Allandale's sales since last month!
