Currently in Barton Hills, Austin TX, there are 18 homes active on the MLS with an average price point of $579,622. Average price per square foot is $243.48. Since our last Barton Hills update, three homes have sold in Barton Hills with an average price of $508, 267 and an average price per square foot of $215.15. Homes have sold at an average of 97.4% of their asking price, with the highest selling at 99.6% and the lowest selling at 98.8%.
