We won't lie: Rosedale houses are some of our favorite real estate in Austin. From the grid-form
ed, tree-lined streets to the fantastic retail at 45th and Burnet, to the legendary Draught House (not the movie place), its a hard neighborhood to beat. That's why we're always terribly jealous of the experienced Jimmy Gilmore who seems to have the corner on the Rosedale market. Right now he's got more than a couple great houses in this area, but we wanted to feature our personal favorite. This ultra-cute house on Bellvue sports hardwoods throughouts, a studio in the garage, and plus, its a short walk to Central Market. Its a good price point too- you couldn't find a house like this in Rosedale two years ago at this price.
