These houses average a list price of $505,088 and are 2001 square feet on average, which works out to $260.38 a square foot. Active homes have been on the market an average of 97 days. In the past thirty days, three homes have sold in Rosedale. Average price for sold homes was $317,00 and average square footage was 1,577, which works out to $199.79 per square foot. Homes sold at an average of 96% of their asking price. Properties were on the market an average of 101 days prior to selling.
